Mirvac reached out to us to deliver a complete identity for their newest residential land development project. Located between the City and the Swan Valley in Bennett Springs, the new estate was to be the latest in a series of modern and sustainable Private Estates by the leading developer.
There was a desire for residents to have an enlightened sense of community fostering strong values of family, culture and entertainment.
With this in mind, we named the estate Iluma and produced an identity that would stand out in what was a relatively established and competitive environment.
In addition to the identity design, we brought the brand to life through lifestyle photography with the aim of truly communicating the Iluma lifestyle.
The result was an identity that is flexible enough to last three to five years and is able to be used across a wide variety of channels and applications.
